David Boyce

Dave Boyce is a founding partner of Brown, Fink, Boyce & Astle, LLP. He came to BFB&A from KPMG, where he worked for four years before leaving as an audit manager.

Dave presently serves as the firm's partner-in-charge of assurance services. His client responsibilities include oversight of audits, reviews, compilations and general business consulting services.

Dave has worked with numerous small to medium-sized businesses, assisting them with business succession, benchmarking, debt placement, equity placement and a variety of other business needs. He works extensively with clients involved in running manufacturing, wholesale and retail businesses.
